We offer a home visit (domiciliary) eyecare service, including clinically focused eye examinations and patient focused dispensing solutions. These services provide patients who are unable to get to the high street the opportunity to access the same level of care, the care that they deserve.

We also offer secondary services such as spectacle repairs and adjustments, problem solving and product/frame sourcing.​​

Eye Examinations
Our eye examinations are conducted by Ketan Jadeja, a Moorfields Eye Hospital Specialist.
Mr Jadeja shares our belief that everybody deserves access to great care, whatever their circumstances.

Spectacle Dispensing
Dave Ellis, our Dispensing Optician and founder has 19 years of dispensing experience. Dave is a passionate Optician driven by customer care and dispensing with honesty, transparency and integrity, only recommending products that he believes offer a genuine benefit and nothing more.

Frame Repairs
We offer a comprehensive frame repair service, making use of a local independent labatory for any repairs we can't complete in house.

We are able to restore snapped and mis-shapen frames and correct faults caused by manufacturing or handling errors.

Frame Adjustments
Frame adjustments are included as part of our free aftercare package for patients who purchase from us.
We are happy to adjust frames not purchased from us, however, we charge a fee for this service, please call for a no obligation quotation.

Problem Solving
Are you having issues with your spectacles that your current optician can't get to the bottom of?

Whether its a fitting or visual issue, or you believe your spectacles to be faulty, our clinicians are able to offer independent advice and advise you of your options.
Product Sourcing
Due to our patnership with Day Lewis Opticians, as well as close relationships with other industry businesses, we can source most products.
